Hilltop, this property sits amidst ancient medieval villages, olives trees and vineyards. Once a monastery, the property has been fully refurbished to offer its guests an utmost vacation experience in Tuscany. The house consists of the main building and a cottage. There is a beautiful private garden with several chill-out areas and a private swimming pool. The villa sleeps up to 28 people. There are 12 bedrooms, the main house bedrooms vary between 25 and 40 m2. Some of the bedrooms have sofa beds suitable for children, upon request.

Check-in after 17:00.
Check-out before 10:00.
Changeover day in summer is Saturday.
All other periods are flexible.
Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. The balance along with the security deposit is due no later than 2 months before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than 2 (two) months before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable.
In case of cancellation 2 (two) moths before arrival or less, the total rent will be retained.
