This traditional Tuscany estate sits in a vast land plot lined by cypresses by Poggibonsi. The village enjoys several cafes, restaurants, shops and other first-need amenities that will make your vacation easy. The luxury house comes with a private swimming pool, AC in all the bedrooms, satellite TV, WIFI and heating.
Main House
Once a medieval watchtower, the totally renovated main house is distributed over 3 floors. The ground floor has an entrance area, a sitting room, a dining room and a kitchen. The sitting room comes with 3 sofas and a TV. The room benefits from floor-to-ceiling windows and opens on the garden. The dining room has a long table for 26 people and enjoys a fireplace. The kitchen is totally equipped and features a gas stove, an electric oven, a fridge freezer, a wine cooler, kitchenware and tableware. Further on, there is another, smaller, dining room for 8 right by the kitchen.
The first floor houses the master bedroom.
Master bedroom: double bed, private bathroom with a tub with a shower faucet and a separate shower, first floor.
The upper floor has further sleeping facilities. There are 6 bedrooms, all of them come with private bathrooms.

Further on, there is a guest house that is spread over 2 floors. The lower floor comes with a double-spaced living room. It enjoys a sitting area with a TV. Also, there is a kitchen with a breakfast area for 4. It has a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge, cutlery and tableware.

You will find further 3 bedrooms upstairs.

There is a private fenced swimming pool of 16 x 9 m with Roman steps. Right by it, there is a gazebo with a small fridge, and a sunbathing area.
