This is a charming rehabilitated Siena farmhouse featuring unbelievable views on Tuscany countryside. Ideal for a family or a group of friends, the house enjoys several comfortable outdoor areas, a private swimming pool with a sunbathing area and a manicured garden with local plants and flowers.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The sleeping area includes 10 bedrooms. All come with double twisted quality cotton and anti-allergic pillows. All the rooms are spacious and have high ceilings and big windows. Moreover, all the bedrooms have mosquito screens.
Bedroom 1: master bedroom, twin beds (can be pushed together to make a super king-size bed of 200 x 200 cm), en-suite dressing room, full bathroom.
Bedroom 2: twin beds (can be pushed together to make a super king-size bed of 200 x 200 cm), single bed, en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 3: twin beds (can be pushed together to make a super king-size bed of 200 x 200 cm), adjacent bathroom.
Bedroom 4: twin beds (can be pushed together to make a super king-size bed of 200 x 200 cm), en-suite bathroom, fireplace.
Bedroom 5: twin beds (can be pushed together to make a super king-size bed of 200 x 200 cm), en-suite bathroom, direct access to the garden.
Living areas
The common areas include a vaulted-ceilings living room with a flat screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and an iPod docking station for stereo.
Further on, there is a totally equipped kitchen. It features a dishwasher, a large fridge freezer, a gas stove, an electric oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, kitchenware and tableware. There is a breakfast table for 6.
In addition, the villa rental Tuscany enjoys a dining room for 12 and a fully stocked cellar with local wines (consumption shall be paid at the end of the stay).
Outdoors
The Siena farmhouse enjoys lovely outdoor areas including a gazebo with a stone table and benches and a patio with a traditional bread oven. There is a free-shaped private swimming pool with a sunbathing area.

This large Siena villa rental benefits from total serenity and fantastic landscapes. The closest restaurant is around 5 minutes´ drive away, while the first grocery shop is around 1 minutes by car, though there are several small villages around.
Siena town can be reached in about 52 minutes by car, while the cradle of Renaissance and open-air museum of Florence is around 1 h 30 minutes away.
The region of Tuscany houses 7 Unesco World Heritage sites including Pienza old town, San Gimignano old town, Siena old town, Val d´Orcia, Medici villas and gardens, Pisa Square of Miracles and Florence´ s Cathedral.
Moreover, Tuscany has developed a simple yet mouth-watering cuisine and some of the finest wines of Italy. It gave birth to Brunello di Montalcino, Carmignano, Chianti, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and many others.

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit (50%) is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
