Luxury Villas Tuscany : This extraordinary villa located near Pierantonio is a perfect place for a quiet getaway. This house can accommodate up to 12 people. Thanks to great location in the heart of a large estate guests of this rental can enjoy spectacular views on the hills. Take a walk in a nice garden from which opens wonderful panorama of the valley, enjoy Tuscany sun near incredible infinity pool and spend unforgettable time here. Through the main entrance you will get to spacious living room with fireplace , TV and Blue Ray DVD player, a dining room with table for eight and exit to the garden. Next to it there is totally-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, two fridges and microwave. Outside in front of the kitchen you will see nice outdoor wooden table seating eight, that is perfect for breakfast. In front of living room is great relax area to chill out in the evening furnished with armchairs and outdoor sofa with parasol. The house comprise six bedrooms: four king-size bedrooms, and two twin bedrooms. Each room has its private bathroom. There is also a big laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Go for a walk in a magnificent Italian garden or a nice meadow framing the swimming pool (7m x 15m) finished in luscious mosaic. There is a lovely panoramic pergola near the cottage with dining table for 12 people.

It is regarded as the birthplace of the Renaissance and has been home to many figures influential in the history of art and science. The region still has a lot of exceptional paintings and sculpture, frescoes and architectural masterpieces. Gourmets and wine buffs travel there to enjoy the simple yet wonderful cuisine. In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
