About 20-minutes drive from the city and you get to this luxury vacation villa Marrakech, standing in the magical Moroccan sands between the severe snow-capped Atlas mountains and hypnotizing dunes of Agafay, giving you the feeling of infinity and freedom. You must be looking for calmness, escaping from the hustle and bustle of the cities, and this is the place tailored specially for you. The villa has 12 bedrooms where sleeps up to 24 people. It has three 55 m2 separate lodges, that have a bathroom with the tub dig in the ground, facing a fireplace. There is an outside huge bath with hot and cold water, where you can take a swim - a fresh one in the morning and a warm one at night. Each of the lodges has a private garden, where stands an outside canopy bed, right under the olive trees, where you can rest breathing in clean, non-city air or have a long nap. There are three more fireplace double bedrooms with bathrooms and private bathtub gardens where you can have a nap on a daybed. The only difference is that they have a a terrace with an additional bed, offering you unique experience: to sleep under the shelter of the starry sky and get up with the first sunbeams litting the Atlas peaks. There is one more room of that type that has a connected small double bedroom, a perfect option for a child. There are 4 double bedrooms decorated in more a typical Moroccan style, still with a touch of modern luxury. Two of those are connected and share a bathroom, while the other two has their own bathrooms, all equipped with a shower. There is totally equipped kitchen, where is to work the cook, whose services are included in the price. Moreover, you will be totally secure with the help of the villa guard. There is a 200 m2 pool house next to the heated 25-m pool. Have dinner or drinks from the bar here, relax in the sitting area, lie in a double design hammock and dream have massage after the incredible hammam treatment that you will remember every time you breath eucalyptus. Simply incredible.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 20% in advance. One (1) month before arrival you must pay 80% more of the total amount.
When reserving the property less than one month before the arrival, 100% of the total payment shall be paid at once. Credit cards are not accepted onsite.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation less than 90 but more than 30 days before arrival, 70 % of the total amount is non-refundable. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, but more than 15 days before arrival, 90 % of the total amount is non-refundable. In case of cancellation less than 15
