Luxury Villas Marrakech: You are in Medina, the most authentic part of Marrakech with the air of A thousand and one nights, next to the traditional souk with the luring spices and food smells, colourful clothes, charming leather or metal craft hand-made pieces. This wonderful Arabo-Italian-style riad is composed by two wings and features eight bedrooms. The first wing comprises of four bedrooms, a Hall of Mirrors, a tearoom and two restaurants. The other wing enjoys further four bedrooms, a private heated swimming pool of 12 x 2 m with ab adjacent lounge area, a hammam, two massage rooms, a solarium terrace, an outdoor living room and a lounge bar. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms finished in mosaics and tadelakt and are fitted with showers. You will not need to prepare something for tea at 5 p.m. as you will be brought fresh Moroccan pastry every day.

Known also as the Red City or the Ochre City due to its red walls and various houses, that haven't changed since XII century, made of the red sandstone, Marrakech is a cultural, religious and trading centre of the North Africa, having the biggest Berber market, called souk, in the region. There are so many authentic places that you can t help visiting: the marvellous Badi Palace, built after the Battle of Three Kings, the spectacular Bahia Palace, set in the infinity gardens, various mosques with their inimitable minarets, Saadian Tombs, Seven Saints Tombs, Gardens, Museums, monumental doors and many-many other impressive must-see places. The city consists of two main parts: the fortified old city, medina, and the new districts. You want to feel the charm of Morocco? Payment Policy
In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% in advance. The rest is payable upon arrival either in cash or by credit card. A security deposit against damages will be blocked on a credit card upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non refundable. In case of cancellation less than 72 hours before arrival, the first night shall be paid. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival or no show, 100% shall be paid.
