This palace sits around 20 km away from Marrakech on the way to Fez. Designed in Indo-Moorish style with 4m ceilings and boasting various indoor and outdoor lounge areas, the house is perfect for a big group. It benefits from a 2 ha garden with different plants and a 180m2 swimming pool with a sunbathing area.
The house is staffed, there are 5 staff members permanently in the house. The kitchen is accesisble only to the house staff.

The house enjoys various indoor lounge spaces. The main living room is big enough for 20 people, it enjoys a sitting area and a library with ancient art and travel books. There is a fireplace.
Further on, there is a dining room for 18 people, a TV room with an XXL screen and a library with books and board games with room for 20. There is a meeting room big enough for 16. It comes with a bar with access to a terrace and a garden.
Also, the house enjoys Ethnic art gallery and a spa with a marble hammam (takes 8 people at once) and a rest area.
Outdoors
The villa features several shaded chill-out areas, an outdoor sitting area with sofas. Last but not the least, there is a rooftop lounge ideal for evening cocktails enjoying the sunsets.
The house enjoys a private pool and a sunbathing area. There is a beautiful Andalusian garden on the side of the house. It boasts a 35m long basin with fountains, a large blue gazebo surrounded by 1m high pots with roses.

This home sits in the countryside on the road to Fez, around 20 km away from Marrakech centre. Enjoying a park of 2ha, the property offers tranquility and privacy. Marrakech medina and Jemaa el Fna can be reached in around 35 minutes by car. Agafay can be arrived at in a a bit more than 1 h. It offers several desert activities including squad and camel rides, tent dinner. Further on, Ourika waterfalls lie around 1 h 45 minutes´ drive away.
