Luxury Villas Marrakech : This luxurious private villa is located in a quiet street next to the Majorelle Gardens, twelve-acre botanical gardens designed in the 1920s by the French fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Berge. You will find yourself among giants palms in a real oasis. This villa can house up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Each of them has a private bathroom, two of the bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a tub, while the third one has a shower only. You enter this luxurious Moroccan villa through a high artdeco door made of glass and iron into a stunning lobby. Everything is decorated in the noble white and beige with the use of the wooden high-end furniture. There is a dining room with a fireplace next to the lobby and a kitchen opening on a great terrace and the orange gardens. Take your breakfast and go outside to enjoy the welcoming Marrakech sunrays. The villa also has TV lounge equipped with a Home Cinema System.
One floor up, there is a huge terrace where you have an outside dining area and solarium. You find the bedrooms here. One of them is a glass-walled bedroom with an ensuite bathroom offering you stunning views on the Gardens. In this great villa you will be helped by a housekeeper, a chef and a gardener. There is a 8x3 m swimming pool with turquoise water and loungers next to it.

*dinner: the table will be set & your order will be ready-to-heat. If you prefer a waiter to serve your dinner there, it would be an additional charge of 150 MAD.
-stock food (water, soda, chips, pasta,…) at your disposal , you will find the price list in the kitchen
-For other commodity (food, beer, wine,...), there is a grocer in front of the villa.
-there is also a supermarket 5 Minutes walk from the villa; the gardener is available once a day (9:00 to 17:00) to go with you if you wish.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% in advance. One month before arrival you must pay 50% more of the total amount. When reserving the property less than one month before the arrival, 100% of the total payment shall be paid at once.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than one month before the arrival, 50% of the reservation deposit is non-refundable.
