The nearest grocery shop as well as a cafe are situated within a 1 minute´walk and the nearest metro station can be reached in 5 minutes. The rental sleeps four people. There are two bedrooms. One of them is outfitted with twin beds that can be put together to make a king-size bed of 180 x 200 cm. It benefits from an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The other bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is a separate bathroom with a shower and a WC and a guest WC. The bathrooms have hairdryers. The living room enjoys a sitting area and a library. There is a TV with a DVD, a stereo system and an overhead projector. The apartment rental features a separate kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, an electric oven, a hob, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, an electric juicer and a blender. The apartment is fitted with a washer-dryer, an iron and an ironing board, a safe box, an entry phone, AC and WIFI. There are two small balconies.

The area has plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops and enjoys great transportation system including metro, taxis and buses. National Museum of Natural History and Science is located only within a 6 minutes´walk while the way to the Lisbon Botanical Garden will take you only 4 minutes.

Check in/out policy
Check-in after 17:00. Check in after 20:00, on bank holidays and weekends implies a surcharge of 30 EUR.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 60% in advance. One month before arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent. The applicable taxes and surcharges shall be paid either in cash or by credit card at arrival. The security deposit will be guaranteed by a credit card upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable and an additional fixed fee of 250 EUR shall be paid. In case of cancellation between 179 days and 60 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay further 25% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation between 59 and 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 50% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 100% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee.
