This beautiful apartment rental with a terrace in Lisbon is situated in one of the most heterogeneous areas of the city, La Mouraria. It will be a great starting point for the city exploration during your vacation in Portugal ´s capital thanks to it good location and communication with the rest of the city. Known to be a melting pot of different cultures, the area is home to cafes and restaurants of cuisines from all over the world and ethnic shops and is just within a short walk from the historic city and many sightseeing points. The holiday apartment sleeps four people. There are two bedrooms. The master one is outfitted with a queen-size bed and enjoys an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower faucet. The other bedrooms comes with two single beds that can be joined to make another queen-size bed upon request. The guests staying in this room can use the other bathroom of the apartment. It has a shower. Both bathrooms have WCs and hairdryers. The bedrooms open on a interior terrace with an al-fresco dining area for four and some sun loungers. The living-dining room comprises of a sitting area with a TV, a DVD and a stereo system, a dining area for four and a totally equipped kitchen. The latter one has an oven, a hob, a Magimix, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge freezer, a hood, a dishwasher, pots, pans and tableware. For laundry, the vacation apartment rental in Lisbon has a washer-dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The property is located on the first floor of a building with a lift, entry phone and enjoys WIFI and AC.

Located in one of the most eclectic Lisbon neighborhoods called La Mouraria founded in the XII century by the Moors, this area is a salad bowl of different cultures starting with the former Portuguese colonies and finishing with India and China. La Mouraria is the right place to try any exotic African cuisine you have always wanted to or to go for a Fado performance created by the local Maria Severa. The neighborhood is perfectly connected with the rest of Lisbon by bus, tram and metro and enjoys plenty of taxis so you will not feel stuck there. Moreover, la Mouraria is close to the historic city center, Baixa, so you will easily walk from your Lisbon luxury apartment to many significant sightseeing points. A walk to the famous Castelo San Jorge will take you about 11 minutes, while Avenida de Liberdade, the perfect place for some luxury shopping, can be reached in about 13 minutes. The intial stop of the mythical Tram 28 lies in a 6 minutes´walk as well as one of the nicest viewpoints of the city, Miradouro Sophia by Mello Breyner.

Check-in after 17:00. Check in after 20:00, on bank holidays and weekends implies a surcharge of 30 EUR.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 60% in advance. One month before arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent. The applicable taxes and surcharges shall be paid either in cash or by credit card at arrival. The security deposit will be guaranteed by a credit card upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable and an additional fixed fee of 250 EUR shall be paid. In case of cancellation between 179 days and 60 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay further 25% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation between 59 and 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 50% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 100% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee.
