Koh Samui Holiday Rentals : Nestled in an exclusive residential area on a Thai island, this luxury house enjoys 24-hour security and first-class amenities. Providing accommodation for 14 adults, the villa has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The master bedroom enjoys sea views comes with a lounge suite with a coffee table. All the bathrooms enjoys outdoor showers, two of them also come with bathtubs, while the rest are fitted with indoor rain showers. For family travellers, there is a bedroom with bunk beds and a private bathroom with an indoor shower. All the bedrooms feature smart TVs, speakers, Blu-ray DVDs, writing desks, minibars, dressing facilities and make-up tables. The living room comprises of two spaces, a sitting area and a dining area. The former benefits from an Apple TV with international channels, home cinema, DVD player, tea and coffee making facilities. Adjacent, there is a guest toilet. The latter offers a table for 14. There is a European kitchen with cutting-edge electric appliances including a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and a six-burners hob. Outside, a gazebo with an al-fresco dining area for 14 and a BBQ area fitted with an Ipod station, a 15 x 5 x 0,9-1,6 m swimming pool and a furnished lounge area are set. Adjacent, there is a toilet. The underground parking holds up to 12 cars.

The excellent views and location at the end of long rambling pathways makes this place a perfect getaway from the city rush. Mae Nam Beach is one of the most pristine beaches on Koh Samui. It is known for its soft white sand and clean water providing good swimming throughout the year. Those who are looking for a serene beach lined by coconut trees will certainly love the delightful stretch of sand here. As Mae Nam is somewhat remote, you will neither see crowds of tourists nor traffic around this area. Such degree of privacy is unavailable anywhere else and is perfect for a quiet vacation. The turquoise water and lush greenery attract many nature photographers. This area keeps alive its authentic atmosphere. Despite its relative tranquillity, Mae Nam hosts a great choice of places to spice up your holiday. The area is rich in dining, shopping and nightlife facilities, attractions and activities. Among them, there is a popular and buzzing weekly Walking Street and an award-winning Barracuda Restaurant as well as thrilling watersport activities. The Walking Street is only a couple of hundred metres long but you will find here lots of interesting stalls, snack vendors and even mobile cocktail bars. There is something for everyone in Mae Nam. Moreover, it is also quite close to the famous party venues at Koh Phangan. Mae Nam is home to the 18 hole Santiburi Championship Golf Course with its spectacular sea views of the island from its unique club house viewpoint. It’s worth climbing up even if you’re not a golfer, at least to enjoy its great drinks and food.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of
50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month
before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security
Deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the
reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1)
month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not
refundable.
