Luxury Rentals Koh Samui : Beachfront, this exclusive Thai villa has three pavilions situated around an L-shaped pool of 0,9 - 1,6m depth. One of them houses a totally-equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge and a al-fresco dining area. A games room and five bedrooms are distributed over two floors of the second pavilion. The third pavilion is fully occupied by the master suite featuring a Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor showers and a private office. There are five bathroom other than the master one. Three of them have indoor showers and bathtubs, one has an indoor shower only, while the fifth one enjoys an indoor shower and a steam room. The living-dining room features a sitting area with a TV with international channels and a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with various Siemens appliances, kitchenware and tableware. The open-air lounge benefits from an al-fresco dining area sitting 10-20 guests, a bar and an iPod dock with speakers. The Thai style sala is outfitted with lounge furniture pieces. Outside, there is a garden shower and a private parking for two cars at the luxury villa entrance.

The excellent views and location at the end of long rambling pathways makes this place a perfect getaway from the city rush. Mae Nam Beach is one of the most pristine beaches on Koh Samui. It is known for its soft white sand and clean water providing good swimming throughout the year. Those who are looking for a serene beach lined by coconut trees will certainly love the delightful stretch of sand here. As Mae Nam is somewhat remote, you will neither see crowds of tourists nor traffic around this area. Such degree of privacy is unavailable anywhere else and is perfect for a quiet vacation. The turquoise water and lush greenery attract many nature photographers. This area keeps alive its authentic atmosphere. Despite its relative tranquillity, Mae Nam hosts a great choice of places to spice up your holiday. The area is rich in dining, shopping and nightlife facilities, attractions and activities. Among them, there is a popular and buzzing weekly Walking Street and an award-winning Barracuda Restaurant as well as thrilling watersport activities. The Walking Street is only a couple of hundred metres long but you will find here lots of interesting stalls, snack vendors and even mobile cocktail bars. There is something for everyone in Mae Nam. Moreover, it is also quite close to the famous party venues at Koh Phangan. Mae Nam is home to the 18 hole Santiburi Championship Golf Course with its spectacular sea views of the island from its unique club house viewpoint. It’s worth climbing up even if you’re not a golfer, at least to enjoy its great drinks and food.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
