Luxury Rentals Koh Samui : Set in a manicured garden with a marvellous lotus pond, this high-end holiday let enjoys fantastic sea views and benefits from a private pool of 15 x 5 x 0,9 - 1,6 m. Catering up to 14 guests, this outstanding villa has seven spacious bedrooms for adults and a children´s room. The master bedroom looks over the sea and features a double bed, built-in wardrobes and a make-up table. It has an ensuite bathroom with an outdoor and indoor showers. Further sleeping facilities include two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and one fitted with three bunk beds for children. All the bedrooms feature TV and DVD Blu-ray players. The luxury villa houses eight bathrooms and a guest toilet. Two of them are outfitted with bathtubs and showers, the other bathrooms have showers.The living-dining room boasts a home cinema, Apple TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. The kitchen is totally equipped with all the facilities that will make your stay absolutely carefree. There is a dishwasher, an oven, a six-burners hob, a microwave, a coffee.maker, a kettle, tableware and kitchenware. The Thai-style sala offers the guests an al-fresco dining area for 14 people, BBQ, fridge and an iPod dock station. Shall you need a business meeting, use the conference room that holds up to 30 people and enjoys a projector and a screen with Skype access, a DVD, speakers and an iPod dock. Fitness lovers will take advantages of the gym equipped with a treadmill, cross trainer, upright bike, free weights, adjustable bench, Bosu, stretching mat, round roller, and some other pieces. The underground parking hold 12 vehicles.

The excellent views and location at the end of long rambling pathways makes this place a perfect getaway from the city rush. Mae Nam Beach is one of the most pristine beaches on Koh Samui. It is known for its soft white sand and clean water providing good swimming throughout the year. Those who are looking for a serene beach lined by coconut trees will certainly love the delightful stretch of sand here. As Mae Nam is somewhat remote, you will neither see crowds of tourists nor traffic around this area. Such degree of privacy is unavailable anywhere else and is perfect for a quiet vacation. The turquoise water and lush greenery attract many nature photographers. This area keeps alive its authentic atmosphere. Despite its relative tranquillity, Mae Nam hosts a great choice of places to spice up your holiday. The area is rich in dining, shopping and nightlife facilities, attractions and activities. Among them, there is a popular and buzzing weekly Walking Street and an award-winning Barracuda Restaurant as well as thrilling watersport activities. The Walking Street is only a couple of hundred metres long but you will find here lots of interesting stalls, snack vendors and even mobile cocktail bars. There is something for everyone in Mae Nam. Moreover, it is also quite close to the famous party venues at Koh Phangan. Mae Nam is home to the 18 hole Santiburi Championship Golf Course with its spectacular sea views of the island from its unique club house viewpoint. It’s worth climbing up even if you’re not a golfer, at least to enjoy its great drinks and food.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of
50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month
before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security
Deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the
reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1)
month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not
refundable.
