Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and was furnished with king size bed, Samsung Smart LED TV integrated with internet access, DVD player and iPad/ iPod Docking Station and noise-reduced air conditioning. The master suit features outdoor lounge, massage table, lounge sala for two people. There are also four individual 75 sq.m beach bungalows abutting to the main villa. Each of them has own terrace opening onto the beach or pool, an outdoor bathroom with marble tub and waterfall-shower, kitchenette and writing desk. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, freezer, fridge, breakfast bar, juicer, blender, oven and gas hob. Villa has luxury 90 sq.m air-conditioned dining room, where you can admire stunning island views through the oversized windows. Thanks to great location on a private bay you can enjoy feeling of being the only ones on the island and have a truly memorable dining experience on the beach. You will never be bored here, as villa offers a great range of amenities: 300 sq.m and 250 sq.m chemical free pools with two islands and hammock, 40 cm deep kids pool zone, extensive wooden and marble pool decks, with lounge and sunbeds, sea kayaks (canoes) and media server loaded with hundreds of HD movies accessible from every bedroom and the TV room. Furtermore, the propersty boasts unimaginable open-sided 130 sq.m sala-style living room furnished with sofas and lounge chairs, barbecue terrace, spa room with sauna, fitness training gym and games/conference room. Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
