It consists of several independent pavilions: the bedroom suites, the living room, the dining room and the kitchen, the home cinema and the atrium. All the bedrooms have wardrobes, TV with DVD players and safe boxes. Five bedrooms enjoy bathrooms, two of them has a bathtub, the rest enjoys showers. The living room features a comfortable sitting area with a TV with international channels and a table. The perfectly equipped kitchen boasting various ultramodern electric appliances and a breakfast bar is adjacent to the dining area overlooking the pool. The luxury short-term rental villa benefits from a home cinema with a big Apple TV featuring a surround sound system and an extensive video library and a DVD collection. For those who need to work in Koh Samui, the room can be converted into a small business centre, as there is a printer with copying and faxing functions. In case you need to hold an event, the breathtaking atrium set at the entrance of the villa is the place for you to be. Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of
50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month
before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security
Deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 14 days before the arrival date: the
reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 14 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable. If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, Lipa Noi Pearl Villa must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received, during the working hours in Thailand. The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay in the property: Standard and Peak Seasons: All payments made are forfeited but credited for 6 month from the date of the cancellation confirmation by Lipa Noi Pearl Villa reservation department. The credit value can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation, during any period upon availability and solely for the property. No refund or credit for all reservation cancelled 14 days or less before the arrival date. The cancellation needs to be notified via email. Christmas and New Year Period: For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment, all payments are forfeited and a partial refund is solely applicable in the event that Lipa Noi Pearl Villa secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial and cancelled reservation. No credit can be granted on payment made for this period. The above cancellation charges also apply if the owner cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
