Holiday Villas Koh Samui : This luxury rental has it all to make your stay unforgettable. Featuring a private saltwater infinity pool with a big deck, fantastic seaviews, a gym, a 3D cinema and various furnished lounge areas, this holiday let is ideal for a romatic getaway, family, friends or business trip. The house sleeps up to 10 people. There are five bedrooms, all are fitted with king-size beds and have private terraces with daybeds, and five bathrooms equipped with rainshowers and big bathtubs. The villa in Thailand enjoys two kitchens, one is to be used by the guests, the other one is for the staff, and two storage rooms. There is a spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area that opens on the dining room. The private gym offers the guests of the house various machines including a Technogym Kinesis Wall and a tredmill. Outside, a lounge area, an al-fresco dining area and a private parking are set.

Baan Plai Laem is an excellent place to enjoy silence and tranquillity, something that is becoming harder and harder to find on Koh Samui. Here you won't see large hotels or resorts, no construction cranes. If you want to enjoy natural beauty of a tropical island beach, this is a perfect destination for you. The white and sofat sandy beach stretches for 2 km. Thanks to its coral reefs, the water is warm and calm, so it’s great for swimming and snorkeling. You’ll catch a sight of some occasional Thai fisherman or visitor passing by, but it’ll seem like your own private beach. This place is perfect for relaxation and if it all becomes too private and peaceful, you can reach the bustling area of Chaweng in fifteen minutes or Bophut in ten. Both of them have a big variety of restaurants, bars and nightlife options. The beach enjoys some local shops selling basic necessities within a walking distance. A bit longer walk will take you to a few bars and restaurants. There you can get the best seafood in the area. As the sea is pretty shallow in this part of Koh Samui, there are no jet skis and motorboats around, so the area stays quiet all day. It is a great place for sunbathing and reading.

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
