Holiday Rentals Koh Samui : Situated in a luxury resort, this high-end villa offers its guests a carefree vacation away from it all having an easy access to all the jet-set facilities provided by the resort. Hidden in a tropical garden and enjoying a panoramic ocean view, the place features the beach access. The short-term rental property sleeps up to 10 guests. There are five bedrooms, two of them are interconnected. The bathrooms are equipped with either bathtubs or rain showers. Among the common areas, there is an open-plan living room with a dining area and a modern kitchen. It features a TV with a DVD player and satellite channels. The kitchen is fitted with a breakfast bar, a hob, a microwave, an oven, a coffee machine, tableware and kitchenware. There is a library next to the living room. Outside, a veranda with a dining area and loungers and a lounge furnished area are located. A BBQ area lies next to it. The luxury resort to which the villa belongs boast a first-class Thai Spa, a wellness centre with fitness facilities and seven swimming pools. The place offers its guests various beach activities including kayaking, sailing, biking and others. There is a bar, a kids club, a coffee lounge and a wide variety of the dining facilities.

The pristine jungle secluded beaches and stunning views of Angthong Marine National Park make Taling Ngam one of the most picturesque spots on the island. It is Samui’s best-kept secret place with fantastic sunsets enjoyable at the beach. The place is located on the west coast near the big town of Nathon. The area doesn’t have a party atmosphere like Chaweng, it is a beautiful and quiet spot that you’ll enjoy exploring. Usually, the beach is not crowded even during the peak season. Taling Ngam is truly a lovely, hidden beach on Koh Samui. Many tourists come here to admire the mystical sunset and views of the Five Islands against the backdrop of the cerulean bay waters. You can do swimming and snorkelling whenever you want, as the water here is warm and calm all year long. From here you can get to some of the most popular attractions on the island. Visit the charming Namuang waterfalls either on foot or on an elephant´s back. Go to Taling Ngam village, which has conserved its Thai practices. Explore some local restaurants along the beach, where you can try traditional food. The particular aura and the atmosphere of the place will make your trip uforgettable.

Traslado aeropuerto: Private, insured, direct airport transfers to and from the villa are complimentary (one each way). For split parties (i.e. parties with multiple arrival or depature times) additional (or where complimentary transfers not applicable) airport transfers can be booked for US$45 each way.

Sabanas y Toallas: Bed linen is changed every third day, while pool towels are changed as necessary.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
