Luxury Rentals Koh Samui : This contemporary holiday home has everything for comfortable living in a tropical environment. The villa comprises of main building and pavilions and offers comfortable accommodation for 12 guests. On the second level of the main house, there is a living, dining and kitchen areas. Open-plan design and the stunning view that can be enjoyed from all angles through full length windows make this room very bright and full of natural light. The living room features a state-of-the-art audio/visual system equipped with plasma TV and surround sound technology which is linked to every part of the house (inside and out) allowing guests to enjoy their favourite tunes from every corner of the villa. The ground level houses the six bedrooms, all bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with large walk-in showers and bath tubs. On the same floor you will also find a steam room. Outside, you will see a large swimming pool with incredible sunken sun benches. There’s an outdoor dining pavilion as well as a barbecue and kitchen for the ultimate outdoor dining experience. This stylish villa with its extensive living space and idyllic location is a perfect getaway home to spend unforgettable holidays.

Check in/out policy

Guests should assume that the Check In Time is 3:00 pm and Check Out time is 10.30 am (early arrival and late departure will depend upon availability of the villa at the time of arrival or departure). An additional fee may be applicable and will be advised at the time of booking.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a non-refundable reservation deposit of 10% of the total payment and cost three nights stay, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation of availability. During the season of Christmas and New Year, 60% of the villa rental, divided into 10% and 50%, has to be paid to confirm a booking. If the booking is confirmed within 30 days of the arrival date, the whole amount of the villa rental is to be paid at the time of booking. This is applicable for all seasons.

Cancellation Policy

The first part of reservation deposit (10%) is non-refundable. Cancellation within 31 days or more before the beginning of the rental period, all payments are forfeited but credited for 9 month from the date of the cancellation confirmation. The credit value can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation, during any period upon availability and solely for the villa initially reserved. Cancellations between 30 and 1 day prior to arrival and early departures are charged at 100%.
