Set among amazing landscaped grounds, they are distributed between four levels and interconnected by pathways. The property overlooks a meditative bay and Matlang island offering unparalleled views. Three double bedrooms occupy the upper level. One suite has its own en-suite bathroom and garden terrace form which steps leads directly down to the villa's main poolside living area. The other two are set in self-contained pavilions and feature an indoor bathrooms with rainshower. On lower level, there is the main living pavilions and master bedroom positioned around a 23 metre seaview swimming pool. Next to it you will see a furnished relaxation sala, a perfect spot to chill out with a drink. The dining pavilion boasts a dining table for eight people and breakfast bar, served by a fully equipped resort-style kitchen to the rear. On the right, there is the lounge area with two oversized sofas positioned around a large wooden coffee table. Behind the lounge is an enclosed cinema room, furnished with sofas, armchairs, pull down cinema screen with full digital entertainment system. The master suite features a walk-in wardrobe, en-suite shuttered bathroom and private balcony overlooking the beach and sea. One more double bedroom has a walk-in dressing area, en-suite bathroom and huge glass doors that open onto the beachside garden. The manicured oceanside garden boasts outdoor spa area with massage beds and Jacuzzi. The resident villa staff and private chef will ensure all your needs are accommodated.

Bophut is one of the few spots on Samui that has conserved some of the island's original Thai-Chinese atmosphere. In reality it comprises two places: Bophut beach and the Fisherman's Village. Perhaps, it is one of the oldest places on the island. The beach stretches between Big Buddha and Maenam for several kilometres. A great place for family holidays, the white sandy beach is lined by a promenade with top restaurants. Bophut is one of the towns in Koh Samui where the Chinese migrants settled and stayed for many years, and recently, many companies have invested in the area. Fisherman's Village, a charming village on the east side of the beach, is fastly gaining a good reputation that stretches way beyond Samui. Undoubtedly, it is the most elegant and well-preserved place on the island. Lined by old wooden Chinese shop-houses, neighbouring with a few modern buildings matching the tone, it has conserved a distinctly Mediterranean feel. This has probably a lot to do with the fact that it was the main French outpost for many years. Take a walk through the Fisherman’s Village and its pleasant streets with a big variety of restaurants, bars and shops. This is a great place to find something unique and meaningful for your loved ones who have stayed home. Many handcrafted items are available there and its quality is generally high. But be prepared to barter for goods at least 20% off their offered price. You will never be bored as there is a big variety of water sports offered here, including jet skis and canoes. Moreover, there are dozens of sport bars, live music venues, all competing for guests' attention. Recently, Bophut has become a centre of yoga practice on the island and number of schools have been opened therein.

Check in/out policy
Guests should assume that the Check In time is 3:00 pm and Check Out time is 10.30 am (early arrival and late departure will depend upon availability of the villas at the time of arrival or departure).
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a non-refundable reservation deposit of 15% of the total payment and cost three nights stay, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation of availability. During the season of Christmas and New Year, 60% of the villa rental, divided into 15% and 50%, has to be paid to confirm a booking. If the booking is confirmed within 30 days of the arrival date, the whole amount of the villa rental is to be paid at the time of booking. This is applicable for all seasons.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay in the Villa: Standard and Peak Seasons: - 30 days or more before arrival date All payments are forfeited but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by IPSL reservation department. The credit value can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation, during any period upon availability and solely for the villa initially reserved. - Within 30 days of arrival date All rental payments are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that IPSL secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial cancelled reservation. - Christmas and New Year Period For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment, all payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that IPSL secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial and cancelled reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if IPSL cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of IPSL. Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with our local Representative’s Manager.
