Luxury Villas Phuket : This fabulous holiday house located between the vibrant Surin Beach and the charming Laem Singh Beach just before the hills of Kamala offers amazing sea views and complete privacy. The property is distributed between three floors and can accommodate 10 adults and 4 children. On the left to the main entrance you will see two beautiful infinity pools. Next to them there is a terrace area with sundeck chairs, loungers and table, where you can enjoy refreshing cocktails whilst sunbathing. On the entrance level, there is a living sala with dining area and balcony. This ample room furnished with comfortable sofas and lounge seating is a perfect place to enjoy movies and relax. The living sala leads down to a restroom, shower and a staircase. On the upper level, there are two bedroom with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with shower. On the lower level, you will find a cinema room with karaoke system and three bedrooms outfitted with king-size beds. The firs suite features a private outside lounging area, a direct access to the pool, a lounging area and en-suite bathroom with large sunken bath and shower. The second bedroom boasts a private balcony, a curtained area with a baby cot and en-suite bathroom with a rain shower. The third suite will be perfect for parents with kids as it has build in double bunk beds. This room also features a large en-suite with sunken bath and rain shower and has direct access to the pool. The villa boasts luxury interiors that are a perfect marriage of Asian, modern and art deco. It was mindfully designed to create unparallel ambiance that ensure unforgettable stay.

Naturally beautiful Surin is known as 'Millionaire's Row' because of the high end villas on hills overlooking the bay. Top celebrities like to stay there, as they can get away from the crowds. Pristine white sand beach and turquoise waters have ensured that the picturesque beach is very popular with tourists and Thais alike. Although, it's not a busy resort town and is more like a coastal village. The area has couple high-end restaurants and wine bars, where you can enjoy gourmet traditional meals. Take a short walk to Laem Singh Beach, one of Phuket's most beautiful beaches. Situated under a steep promontory, nestled in a hidden bay surrounded by palm trees and dotted with giant boulders, this 150 meters coastline has a feeling of secret beach. Because of its limited size, Laem Singh gets crowded during the high season but is pleasantly busy during low season sunny days. The northern part of the beach is good for boarding and swimming, while the southern part with the rocks is excellent for. Don't forget to keep some of your lunch bread to feed the fishes, as hundred of them with surround you within seconds. Pristine white sand beach lined by palm trees and turquoise waters make this place a small paradise, perfect for active holidays.

Check in/out policy
Check-in is normally 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 12:00 a.m. Early/Late Check in/Check out: is subject to availability and is charged at 50% of the daily rate. After 18:00 a full days rate is applicable.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 65% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 50%. The remaining 35% is due latest within 60 days prior to arrival. A 10% security deposit of no less than 925 EUR is required at the time of check in to cover any breakages or damages to the villa or its contents. Security deposit will be returned upon check out following a full inspection of the villa.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental period, the entire rental amount will be forfeited. Cancellation within 31 days or more before the beginning of the rental period, the Lessor will forfeit 65% of the rental amount.
