Through the main entrance you will reach an open-air dining pavilion and a separate lounge area surrounded by comfy sofas. A few steps down from the dining areas are two guest bedrooms, each with its own eight-meter infinity pool. The lower level houses the main 20-meter infinity pool surrounded by teak deck, the two master bedrooms and a beautiful  air-conditioned living and dining pavilion. Behind the main bedrooms there are two smaller guest suites. For those who want to spend time cooking despite the house is staffed, there is a spacious totally-equipped kitchen. Tastefully designed with rich interiors and attention to details this villa is real sanctuary of good taste and creative design. Located on the west coast of Phuket Naithon Beach is an ideal spot to get away from the crowds and enjoy a quiet swim. If you are looking for a peaceful place with just enough facilities and hotels not to feel too remote this is a perfect destination. On the way to Naithon you will see some of the island's last remaining virgin jungle. The beach itself is an amazing long and wide stretch of white sand, well shaded by tall palm trees. Enjoy snorkelling and swimming in the warm turquoise waters and spend untroubled days under the hot sun. On the beach, you will see several small restaurants offering you traditional Thai food. There are no jet skis and parasailing in sight yet, only few long tails boats roll quietly. Across the main road are few more bars, restaurants, a mini mart and a dive shop. The activities you can enjoy whilst staying here include exploring rocky coves only accessible by long-tail boat and scuba diving. Rent a car and discover rest of the island or go for a fun night out in Patong or Kata. This place is a piece of paradise you will not want to leave.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 45% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 30%.

Cancellation Policy

If any reservation is to be cancelled the first part of reservation deposit (15%) is non-refundable and a written notification must be received.
Confirmed reservations arriving & departing between 01 November 2015 and 19 December 2015 inclusive and 11 January 2016 to 30 April 2016 inclusive, when cancelled within 21 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee equal to two night accommodation. Confirmed reservations arriving & departing between 01 May 2015 and 31 October 2015 inclusive, when cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee equal to one night accommodation. Confirmed reservations arriving departing between 20 December 2015 and 10 January 2016 inclusive, are subject to a 50% deposit, to be received within 30 days of making reservation. This deposit is non-refundable if any cancellation or reduction in length of stay is received within 60 days prior to arrival. Should the cancellation occur within 7 days prior to arrival at any period, the cancellation fee of 50% of the accommodation value. In the case of early check out at any period, the Hotel is entitled to charge the entire reserved period.
NO-SHOW:
In the case of no-show, the entire 100% of the accommodation value will be charged.
