There are two well appointed twin guest rooms with ensuite shower rooms. The ground floor houses a bright lounge area and a private office with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you will see a bright glass-walled dining area and a fully-equipped western kitchen. Through the huge sliding door you can access a stunning 18m infinity pool surrounded by teakwood deck. There you will see the cushioned sun loungers that provide the perfect spot for lazy days under the tropical sun. The manicured garden features a covered, open air dining pavillion with built-in BBQ and a traditional Thai Sala. This is a perfect place to admire sunsets with a fresh cocktails. Check in/out policy
Guests should assume that the Check In Time is 3:00 pm and Check Out time is 10.30 am (early arrival and late departure will depend upon availability of the villa at the time of arrival or departure). An additional fee may be applicable and will be advised at the time of booking.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 50%. If the booking is confirmed within 30 days of the arrival date, the whole amount of the villa rental is to be paid at the time of booking. This is applicable for all seasons.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations between 30 and 1 day prior to arrival and early departures charged at 100%.
