The ground floor houses a bright lounge area, a bright glass-walled dining area and a fully-equipped western kitchen, where you can marvel magnificent sea views. From here you can access the fabulous 25m pool surrounded by teakwood sundeck with loungers. The large garden features a spacious covered dining area with a table for 12 people and built-in BBQ. There is also a furnished Thai Sala, where you can relax listening to the sound of waves and admiring stunning views. Check in/out policy
Guests should assume that the Check In Time is 3:00 pm and Check Out time is 10.30 am (early arrival and late departure will depend upon availability of the villa at the time of arrival or departure). An additional fee may be applicable and will be advised at the time of
booking.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation non-refundable deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 50%. If the booking is confirmed within 30 days of the arrival date, the whole amount of the villa rental is to be paid at the time of booking. This is applicable
for all seasons.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations between 30 and 1 day prior to arrival and early departures charged at 100%.
