In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 15% of the total payment. The balance payment shall be paid upon arrival together with the security deposit.
Cancellation Policy
The guests are required to send a detailed email with their reason for
cancellation as soon as possible. The reservation deposit is not refundable. In case of cancellation less than one week before arrival, the total amount will be charged.
