Besiktas is located in the European part of Istanbul, and is washed on the east by the Bosphorus that made it in its time an important harbour for Barbarossa and the Ottoma armies, caravans trading in Anatolia and the Silk Road. Neighbouring Sariyer and Sisli, Kagithan, Beyoglu and Uskudar, the area is perfectly well communicated with the rest of Istanbul by public transport, including dozens of buses and ferries parting from Besiktas. Besiktas houses the famous Dolmabahce Palace, the Barbaros Boulevard and Abbasaga Park. The Bosphorus and its ancient villages were often mentioned in the Greek mythology and Besiktas appeared in Jason and the Argonauts.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 15% of the rent  in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent either in cash or by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation 72 hours or less before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit, the price of the first night shall be paid.
