Situated in a beautiful village of Maroulas, this totally rehabilitated holiday house has an easy access to all the facilities one might need during a vacation. The house is distributed over two floors. The ground one covers 250 m2 and comprises of a living-dining room with an open industrial kitchen, a WC, a wine bar, a billiard room with a Moroccan-style lounge and an office area. The wine bar is fitted with Sauvignon 2005, Grenache and Syrah wines. The entertainment facilities include a home cinema, a CD/DVD and satellite channels. You will find a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, kitchenware and tableware in the kitchen. The dining area seats 12. The office area is located on a mezzanine above the living room. The sleeping facilities are located upstairs. There is a family bedroom with two single beds and a mezzanine bedroom with a bed of 140 cm. The en-suite bathroom has a shower. The second bedroom has a mezzanine area with a 140cm bed and a lounge area under it. Its bathroom is fitted with a shower. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king-size bed and enjoys a bathroom with a tub and a shower. The fourth bedroom has a king-size bed as well, but its bathroom is equipped with a shower. All the bedrooms have a direct access to the terrace. The same floor houses a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. Outside, there is a private swimming pool with sea water, a lounge area with fantastic views over the sea, a BBQ and an al-fresco dining.

Situated in Maroulas, a charming village lying within about 9 km from Rethymnon, on Crete, this country house has an easy access to all the modern facilities you might need. Maroulas has a population of no more than 300 people and a privileged poisiton above Rethymnon and the sea. Having lived two important invasions, the Venetians and the Turks, the architecture of Maroulas is a mix of the traditonal Cretan, Venetian and Anatolian elements captured in tombstones, towers and churches. The seaside Rethymnon located within a short drive from Maroulas is a bigger town founded in the Minoan times and known for having minted its own coins. The main must-sees of the town include the Rimondi Fountain, the Venetial loggia, the Old Town, Sultan Ibrahim Mosque, Megali Pyli gate and Agios Antonios Church.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together. The Security deposit shall be left in cash at arrival and will be returned to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
