Barcelona Luxury Rentals : The duplex, located on the upper floor of a modernist Barcelona building, situated right in the city centre, a few steps from Paseo de Gracia, sleeps up to four people. Entering the apartment you see a living room with a sitting TV area with a sofa-bed and a dining area that comfortably sits four people. There is a terrace furnished with two armchairs and a coffee table, overlooking the upper part of the city and Sagrada Familia in particular. Next to this area there is a totally-equipped kitchen that can be detached from the living area by closing the sliding door. You will have all the utensils and cutlery that you might need. There is a fridge and a freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker and various pots. One of the bathrooms is located on this level. It is equipped with a shower and a wc. The laundry that has a dryer and a washing machine is next to it. On the upper level of the apartment you will find two complete bedrooms. One of them is furnished with a king-size bed. It overlooks the city and you can see the roof of the famous La Pedrera. It is very lighty in this bedroom in the morning, and you can put down the blinders, if you prefer it to be dark. The bedroom has a private dressing room with the spaces for the clothes and for your shoes. It has an ensuite bathroom equipped with a wc and a shower. The other bedroom is located right next to it. It s furnished with two single beds. On the same floor you will have one more terrace overlooking the Tibidabo Mountain.HUTB-4298

Eixample is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving cafe culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many cafe terraces. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. This is the most emblematic street in Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona's Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Rambla de Catalunya is a another major street in the area Eixample and one of the city's trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and caf terraces. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. Barcelona spreads out like a fan of sensations for everyone: for the most adventurous and the most relaxed, for beach and mountain lovers, for art enthusiasts and for those who enjoy the day or who come alive at night.

Payment Policy
Para alquilar la propiedad hay que pagar un depósito de reserva del 20% del precio total de alquiler. Cuando entren, hay que pagar el resto junto con la fianza mediante una tarjeta de crédito o en efectivo.
Cancellation Policy
En caso de cancelación de la reserva el depósito de reserva no es reembolsable.
En caso de cancelación de la reserva 72 horas (o menos) antes de la llegad: hay que abonar la primera noche de la estancia.
