Barcelona Luxury Apartments : This wonderful apartment is located in a private residence in Barcelonas most beautiful street and the heart of the district Eixample: Paseo de Gracia. This street offers plenty of unique architecture, modern art and exclusive shops. The building has been fully renovated and refurbished in 2010 in a light and cozy design and is equipped with all the facilities you could wish for. The Master bedroom is furnished with a double bed from which you can wake up and watch LCD TV. The sofa is also useful as a bed for 2 persons (1,60 mtr). There is a connection with another double bed bedroom and a bunk bed (2 single beds). In the living room you can relax on the comfortable and huge sofa and watch LCD TV (Satellite 42 inch), listen to your favourite music with the Hi-Fi system or watch a DVD. In the bathroom you have a shower with tempered glass and a toilet. The apartment is fully equipped with WiFi, iron and ironing board, Air Conditioning, eco heating by solar panels, acoustic insulation and daily cleaning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, washing machine, dual-function oven (conventional microwave), complete tableware and coffee machine. Also the residence has an elevator and a parking space. This is the perfect option for your holiday or business stay in the heart of Barcelona. The property can be slightly different from the pictures as there are several units on rent in the building.

Eixample is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving caf culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many cafe terraces. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. This is the most emblematic street in Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalua and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona's Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Rambla de Catalunya is a another major street in the area Eixample and one of the city's trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and caf terraces. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. Barcelona spreads out like a fan of sensations for everyone: for the most adventurous and the most relaxed, for beach and mountain lovers, for art enthusiasts and for those who enjoy the day or who come alive at night.

Tasas: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,75-1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent either in cash or by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 72 hours or less before arrival 100% of the total rent shall be paid.

We loved the apartment and the location. The services were fantastic - concierge, hotel and cleaning. The only issue was our air conditioning did not work in one apartment. This was a great place for our family.
