You will have both heating and air-conditioning here, parquet, tiled and marble floors. The studio is situated in the XVIII century building with impeccably finished interiors. There are stone walls and huge windows bringing a lot of light inside and authentic elements of the building, like the wooden blinders. The studio sleeps two people in a double bed. The studio also has two individual sofa beds. There is a complete bathroom with marble floors where you will find free toiletries and bathrobes. The place has a kitchenette with a fridge, coffee-machine, microwave, minibar and kitchenware. This luxurious studio has a TV with satellite channels. There is an outdoor pool, a gym and a sauna for the exclusive use of the residents of the building (shared with the other units). HB-004508

Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% of the rent  in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent either in cash or by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 72 hours before the arrival date: the amount of the first night is to be paid.
