Late check in between 20:00 and 22:59 has a surcharge of 30 EUR.
Late check-in between 23:00 and 02:00 has a surcharge of 50 EUR.
Arrivals and departures on Saturday, Sundays and bank holidays have a surcharge of 20 EUR.
Check-out before 11:00.
Payment Policy
In order to book you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. The rest is payable no later than one month before arrival either by wire transfer or by Credit Card. The security deposit against damages shall be paid by a Credit Card at arrival. The Security deposit will be paid back to the same very Credit Card no later than one week after your departure. It can be left in cash upon request with a service surcharge of 30 EUR and will be returned to you the day of your departure between 09:00 and 11:00 shall no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation deposit is non refundable. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival, the total rent will be retained. Extraordinary policies can be applied for special dates and events in Barcelona.
