Luxury Rentals Barcelona : This flat is located right in the heart of the city, on one of the most well-known streets of Barcelona, Rambla de Catalunya. It has been totally refubished in 2014 in order to make your stay highly comfortable and easy. Having got up in a lift, you arrive at your floor where only your apartment is located. Having entered, you see a long hall with wardrobes on one side where you will be able to leave all your things. The flat comprises a complete bedroom furnished with a king-size be, a wardrobe. There is a TV and a safe in this room. It has an ensuite bathroom with a shower (rainshower and a simple faucet), wc and sink. There are high windows, from the floor to the ceiling, in the middle part of the hall that make the apartment extremely lighty. The windows can be opened. Outside you will see a very particular design structure. You can cook any gourmet dishes in the totally-equipped American kitchen. There are all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. You will find there a fridge and a freezer, a hob, an oven and a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee-machine (capsules), a blender and all the cutlery that you might need during your stay. In addition, you will find a breakfast bassket (coffee, tea, cookies, juice, water, milk) here. Enjoy your delicious dishes in the dining area perfect for up to four people or relax on the comfortable sofa in the sitting area watching TV (cable) or a DVD movie, listening to music on the iPod station or just enjoying your leisure time. The living room comprises two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. It can be detached from the living room if you close sliding doors and can be converted into a private bedroom with a bathroom nearby. It is equipped with a shower (rainshower and a simple faucet), a wc and a sink. There are necessary personal care pieces in the bathrooms. Eixample is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving cafe culture. Eixample is a beautiful area to wander around, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many cafe terraces. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. This is the most emblematic street in Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona's Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Rambla de Catalunya is a another major street in the area Eixample and one of the city's trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and caf terraces. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. Barcelona spreads out like a fan of sensations for everyone: for the most adventurous and the most relaxed, for beach and mountain lovers, for art enthusiasts and for those who enjoy the day or who come alive at night.

Payment Policy
Para alquilar la propiedad hay que pagar un depósito de reserva del 20% del precio total de alquiler. Cuando entren, hay que pagar el resto junto con la fianza mediante una tarjeta de crédito o en efectivo.
Cancellation Policy
En caso de cancelación de la reserva el depósito de reserva no es reembolsable.
En caso de cancelación de la reserva 72 horas (o menos) antes de la llegad: hay que abonar la primera noche de la estancia.
