Covering 450 sq.m this two-storey luxury place offers accommodation for up to 10 people in its five bedrooms. The property has three complete bathrooms, two of which are euqipped with showers, while the third is outfitted with a bathtub. The ground floor houses the loft-style living room comprising a sitting area and a TV area accessing the upper floor, a dining area and an American kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is totally equipped with all the modern amenities. There is a fridge and a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a hob, a grill, a dishwasher, a coffee-maker, a toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and cutlery. The enclosed outside area with its lounge sofas, minibar and a music system is a perfect place for a chill-out break. The house boasts it s own swimming pool with a waterfall, a jacuzzi and a small football field. On the other side of the pool, adjacent to the house, there is adining area for marvellous dinners al-fresco. The house also comprises a storage room, a laundry, a games room and a parking garage for several cars.

Castelldefels is located at the heart of Costa del Garraf, between the mountainous landscape of the massif of Garraf and the Mediterranean. More than five kilometres worth of fine beaches are found there, only a few minutes away form Barcelona and its international airport. Facilities for water sports are offered at the marina, and this included canoeing in the Olympic Canal, built especially for the 1992 Olympics. The historical remains and old buildings to be found in Castelldefels are also added attractions. Castelldefels' exceptional location and the distinction of being in the Baix Llobregat region, make this a tourist paradise with its typical Mediterranean climate with rain in spring and autumn, and some spectacular storms, dry summers and cool winters. Try some of the restaurants here that serve the unbeatable Catalan cuisine. Fresh fish and seafood is abundant and fruits and vegetables are locally produced as is the olive oil, all going to make some delicious traditional dishes.

Payment Policy
Para alquilar la propiedad hay que pagar un depósito de reserva del 50% (dividido en dos partes: al principio se paga el 10%, después se paga el 40%) del precio total de alquiler. Un mes antes de la llegada hay que pagar el resto junto con la fianza. La fianza se devuelve después de la salida si no hay destrozos y desperfectos de la propiedad.
Cancellation Policy
En caso de cancelación de la reserva más de un mes antes de la llegada el depósito de reserva no es reembolsable. En caso de cancelación de la reserva un mes (o menos) antes de la llegada: 100% del coste de alquiler no es reembolsable.
