Bedroom 2: ground floor, opens on the lower garden, king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

The nearest beach is around 22 minutes´ drive away, while the first restaurant is just a couple of minutes´ away.
Tossa de Mar and Sant Feliu de Guixols are both around 30 minutes´ drive away. They offer a wide range of facilities and activities. Also, Tossa de Mar has an old town with a charming fortress and narrow streets.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date or in case of no show: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
All cancellations shall be done in written by email.
