Set on a plot of 2200 m2 and featuring five bedrooms the villa is ideal for a family or group of friends vacation. Spanning impressive 780 m2, the villa has two floors and benefits from a living room with 5,5m ceiling, five en-suite bedrooms with spacious closets, a state-of the art kitchen, staff area, a garage for two cars and a private pool. Two of the bedroom enjoys king-size beds, the other three come with twins. The master bedrooms come with safety boxes. The bathrooms are stocked with Penhaligon´s toiletries. The luxury villa rental Costa del Sol enjoys AC, WIFI, customized mini bar, coffee maker, satellite TV, Sounddok bluetooth music station and board games. The kitchen is perfectly fitted for a carefree stay. There is a fridge freezer, an oven, a microwave, a hob, kitchenware and tableware. There is a dining area. The guests of the villa will have access to all the resort facilities including 23 00m2 of gardens, a spa with heated marine salt indoor pool and a fitness area, four swimming pools, a beach club and will have access of the golf course on demand. Malaga airport can be reached in about one hour while Marbella is just half an hour drive away. Costa del Sol also known as Costa del Golf boasts more than 70 outstanding courses for all kind of players. Beach Club opens Wednesday till Sunday from mid- March, April, May & mid- October. During June & September open every day except Tuesday and in July & August open 7 days a week.
Complimentary Facial Diagnosis or Corporal Diagnosis offered at the Spa (10 minutes approx) is included. Four-seater electric buggy available upon request after signing the conditions.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 11:00.
Changeover day is flexible.
Minimum stay in high season is 5 nights, in low season is 2 nights.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable. For non-refundable rates, no amount is refundable.
