Perfect for a family vacation, the house sits atop of a hill and enjoys lovely sea views. There is AC, alarm, underfloor heating in the bathrooms and dressing area, and general heating system.

Ground floor
This level houses the common areas. They include a kitchen and a living room. The kitchen is totally equipped and enjoys a hob, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, kitchenware and tableware. There is a central island and a dining area.
The living room features a sitting area with a TV and a fireplace. Both living and dining areas open on the pool terrace.
The same floor has a laundry area and a bedroom.
Bedroom 1: ample single bed (140 x 200 cm), a bathroom with a shower.
First floor
The upper floor houses the sleeping area.
