The villa enjoys two bedrooms. One has a king-size bed and a safety box, the other one is furnished with twin beds. There is a living room with satellite TV, WIFI, Sounddok bluetooth music station, board games and a fireplace. Further on, the villa rental Costa del Sol features a state-of-the-art kitchen with an oven, a hob, a dishwasher, a fridge, a coffee maker, kitchenware and tableware. There is an indoor and outdoor dining area and a customized mini-bar. The private plot of the villa enjoys 1000 m2, a swimming pool and a chill-out area. The Costa del Sol villa rental guests will have access to the resort spa with an indoor salt water pool, a Turkish bath, wellness area and beach club, Golf access can be requested. Four-seater electric buggy available upon request after signing the conditions.

Choice of three daily newspapers is included.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 11:00.
Changeover day is flexible.
Minimum stay in high season is 5 nights, in low season is 2 nights.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable. For non-refundable rates, no amount is refundable.
