Covering 420 m2 the property enjoys four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms stocked with Penhaligon´s toiletries. Two of the bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds and have safety bixes, the other two come with twin beds. The kitchen is totally equipped and enjoys a hob, a fridge, a coffee maker, an oven, a microwave, pots and pans. There is an indoor and outdoor dining areas. The entertainment facilities of the villa rental Costa del Sol includes satellite TV, Sounddok bluetooth music station, board games and WIFI. Further on, there is a storage room and a guest WC. Four-seater electric buggy available upon request after signing the conditions.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 11:00.
Changeover day is flexible.
Minimum stay in high season is 5 nights, in low season is 2 nights.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable. For non-refundable rates, no amount is refundable.
