This modern villa rental sits in Costa de la Luz, in he south of Spain. It is only 500 m from the beach and benefits from stunning sea views. The house sits within a short drive from a village called Zahara de los Atunes. It offers cafes, restaurants, shops and other first-need amenities. The house is perfect for a laid-back vacation. It boasts a private swimming pool with a massage jet, a garden with a lawn area of 300 m2, AC, heating, an alarm, sound system, smart TVs and many lounge areas.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa sleeps 10 people. There are 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 2 guest WCs. The master bedroom covers around 50 m2. It benefits from fantastic sea views and a private bathroom with an Almond bathtub and a chromotherapy shower. Further on, 3 more bedrooms have around 25 m2 each. All of them have private bathrooms with showers and enjoys sea views. The last bedroom is about 15 m2, it has access to a separate bathroom. All the bedrooms are fitted with twin beds, wardrobes and have individual AC and heating. Also, all of them have access to a 80 m2 terrace. The master bedroom enjoys a 55 inch smart TVs, while the other rooms have 43 inch smart TVs. One of the guest WC sits on the ground floor, the other one is in the chill-out area.

Living areas

The common areas include a living dining room and a kitchen. The living area enjoys several sofas and armchairs, a smart TV of 65 inches, a JBL Bluetooth sound system and a retro music system with a record player, CD, USB and Bluetooth ports. 
The chill-out area features a 8 m2 chromotherapy Jacuzzi for 10, a baby foot, a smart 55 inch TV, a sitting area and a sound system. There is an additional shower.
The dining table seats 12.
The kitchen features an island with a cooking top and a hood, a breakfast bar with 2 high chairs and a table for 6. Further on, there is an oven and a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a citrus squeezer and a blender. 
The laundry facilities include a washing machine, a dryer, a drying rack, an iron and a board.

Outdoors

The outside areas of the house offer an infinity swimming pool of 60 m2 and a lawn area of 300 m2. Also, there is a sitting area with a sofa for 10 and an al-fresco dining area with a table for 10. The pool area features 2 parasols and 4 pool loungers. The sunbathing area has 60 m2, while the chill-out terrace enjoys 140 m2. There is a parking for 4 vehicles. Finally, the house enjoys a BBQ area.

This villa rental sits in a community within a short drive from a small village Zahara de los Atunes and only 500 m from the beach. A trip to the village will take you around 15 minutes by car. It will provide you with the first-need facilities including shops, eating-out facilities, pharmacy and a gas station. If you are missing something, there are Cadiz and San Fernando, o la Isla, bigger towns of the province. Both lie about 50 minutes away. Jerez de la Frontera, another big town of the area, has an international airport and further facilities.

The place is perfect for nature lovers. Pristine beaches, mountains, natural parks, forests and other natural gems are all around. For hiking, check the natural parks of Grazalema, Alcornocales Natural Park, and the Straight park. For cultural visits, the architectural pearl of Seville is about 2 h 15 minutes drive away.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 55% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you within maximum 2 weeks, should no damages occur to the property. The funds wire bank fees are to be borne by the Clients.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 12 weeks (84 days) before arrival, 15% of the rent is non refundable.
In case of cancellation less than 12 weeks (84 days) before arrival but more than 8 weeks (56 days) before arrival, 35% of the rent is non refundable.
In case of cancellation less than 8 weeks (56 days) before arrival, the total rent will be retained.
The funds return bank fees are to be borne by the Clients.
Failure to pay the amounts due on time will result in a cancellation of the rental.
