This modern villa Ibiza is a perfect family rental. It is just 250 m from the sea and enjoys wonderful views over Es Vedra islet. The property enjoys proximity to several coves and beaches of the area. Cal Moli, Cala Bassa, Cala Tarida and Cala Comte are among them. The house has around 340 m2, its plot covers about 3380 m2. The garden is fenced. The villa enjoys an alarm, AC, central heating, fireplace, salt water pool and wonderful outdoors chill-out areas.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The house sleeps 12 people. There are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The master bedroom sits on the 1st floor and benefits form sea views. It has a free standing bathtub, a walk-in shower and a separate WC. The second and third bedrooms are on the ground floor. Both enjoy direct access to the pool terrace and double beds. Both have en-suite bathrooms. The fourth bedrooms sits by the kitchen and the hall. It also comes with an en-suite bathrooms. The last two bedrooms are in an annex. Both have double beds and share a bathroom.
Living areas
The living areas of the house include a living room with an open-plan kitchen and a dining area. The kitchen enjoys a breakfast bar, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a hob, an oven, kitchenware and tableware. The entertainment facilities include a 50 inch Loewe TV with many channels, Apple TV, Sonos Sound System with 5 speakers (2 of them are outdoors), Spotify subscription and WIFI. Also, there are laundry facilities: washing machine, dryer and an ironing board.
Outdoors
You will find a salt-water pool of 13 x 3,5 m with a sunbathing area and several lounge areas outside. There are two al-fresco dining areas. One is on the terrace, while the other one is in the garden. Also, there is a BBQ and an open parking for several cars.

This villa sits by Cala Codolar Cove. The sea just 250 m away, there is a small path that leads directly to the beach. The villa guests will enjoy easy car access to many other beaches of the island including Cala Moli, Sa Figuera Borda, Cala Bassa, Cala Tarida, Cala Comte and many others.
For shops and supermarkets, there is San Josep town and Sant Antonio a bit farther on. If you are looking for a wider offer, check Ibiza town. A trip there will take you about 30 min drive.
The nearest restaurant is around 3 minutes´ away. Ibiza airport is 25 minutes away.
