Bedrooms and bathrooms
The luxury villa rental enjoys 12 bedrooms so it is ideal for a big group. All the rooms are spacious and enjoy AC, safes, minibars and WIFI. The first bedroom is 49 m2 and comes with a double bed and a sofa bed. It has a bathtub and a fireplace in the room. The second bedroom is 40 m2 and has a king-size bed and a sofa bed. It enjoys a bathtub in the bathroom and 4 balconies.
Further on, the third bedroom is 38 m2. It comes with 2 single beds and a fireplace. Its private bathroom with a tub and a shower. Further 3 bedrooms cover around 33 m2 each. Two of them are fitted with twin beds. One comes a bathtub and a shower. Finally, the sixth bedroom enjoys a king-size bed (200 cm) and a tub and can be connected to one of the twin bedrooms.
The next four bedrooms enjoys king-size beds (200 cm). All have showers. Lastly, the other 2 bedrooms come with twin beds. Both have showers. One of them has direct access to the garden and can be used by people with reduced mobility.
Living areas
The common areas include a sitting area with a sofa and a fireplace. Also, there is a well-equipped fitness room, a sauna and a Turkish bath. The house rental enjoys a dining area with a seating for 24. There is a kitchen but it can be used only by the property staff that will prepare breakfast and easy snacks.
