Just some minutes away from the beach, several restaurants and a small grocery shop with vegetables and some snacks, the property is perfect for those looking for a carefree vacation. There are several supermarkets around that can be reached 3-10 minutes by car.
Marbella old town is only 10 minutes away, while Puerto Banus is around 11 minutes away. Puerto Banus houses a big shopping mall with world-known luxury brand corners. Also, there is a supermarket with international foods, butcher´s, fish corner and many other goods.

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation one (1) month before the arrival date or less: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
Cancellation Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
