This Marbella vacation villa rental is located in Puerto Banus, within less than 1,5 km from the posh marina with luxury boutiques, restaurants and cafes. Within a short walk to the beach and an easy drive to Marbella Old town, the villa is ideal for a family holiday. Elegant, the property is laid on 805 m2 over two floors and enjoys four bedrooms for the guests and four bathrooms plus one guest WC. There are staff quarters with two further bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Two of the main bedrooms feature private balconies. For entertainment and time together with the rest of your group, there is a living-dining room and a totally equipped kitchen. The villa features marble floors, two LCD TVs, two DVD players, Internet connection, climate control and a washing machine. The kitchen is fitted with all the modern facilities one might need. There is a breakfast bar, fridge freezer, a hob, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, pots, pans and utensils. Outside, there is an adult pool and a children´ s pool, an al-fresco dining area, a chill-out and a BBQ area. Parking is available on the street of the gated community.

Marbella old town with its beautiful Plaza de los Naranjos and narrow white streets is situated within about 11 minutes by car. A supermarket and a shopping mall with lots of brands, El Corte Ingles at Puerto Banus, can be reached in 3 minutes by car. There are several five-star-rated golf courses around the villa. The nearest ones are Aloha Golf Club and Real Club de Golf Guadalmina that are within 10 and 8 minutes´ drive. Costa del Sol Airport are about 40 minutes away and the bigger town of Malaga, the capital of the area, can be arrived at in less than one hour.

Additional Information
Tasas: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist Tax.
Gastos de alquiler: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included.
Limpieza final: Final cleaning is included when the villa is left in acceptable conditions. If the villa is not treated respectfully, left very dirty and the trash is not taken out, additional cleaning of 100 EUR will be retained from the security deposit.
Otros: Extra bed is available upon request (50 EUR per night per person (pre booking is required, subject to availability)).

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 12:00.
Early check in (upon availability 150 EUR, payment on spot, confirmed latest 72 hrs before arrival). Late check-out (upon availability 250 EUR, payment on spot, confirmed latest 72 hrs before arrival).
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together. The Security Deposit will be block on a Credit Card at arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All the cancellations must be made in written. Failure to pay the amounts on time, send a written cancellation or present a valid ID upon arrival shall be considered a cancellation made by the guests. The refundable amounts will be given back to the guests within 10 days from the cancellation. For normal rates: In case of cancellation three (3) or more months before arrival, 35% of the rent is non refundable. In case of cancellation less than two (2) months before arrival but more than one (1) month before arrival, 65% of the rent is non refundable. In case of cancellation one (1) month before arrival or less, or in case of no-show, 100% of the renta is non-refundable. For special rates: 100% of the rent is non refundable. Changes of reservations are not accepted.
