Ideal for family vacation, this Marbella luxury villa rental enjoys five-star-hotel luxury services being a part of a fabulous resort. Beachfront, the resort offers a gym, a spa with a seawater swimming pool, a sauna and a care card, a beach club and a kids´club for its guests. The Marbella vacation villa itself is situated within a 5 minutes´walk to the beach. It sleeps eight adults plus two children and features four bedrooms. The ground floor houses two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living-dining room and a kitchen. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, the other one comes with twin beds and has a bathtub. The living room enjoys a sitting area and a dining table for 10. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a fridge, a dishwasher, kitchenware and tableware. The upper floor houses a landing, two further bedrooms, both with king.size beds, two bathrooms and another living room. Both bathrooms are fitted with bathtubs and showers, WC and bidets. Two single beds for children can be added upon request. Outside, the villa features a small private garden and a heated swimming pool.

The resort the villa belongs to is beachfront and enjoys a restaurant on the beach and a sunbathing area with umbrellas and loungers. Malaga and its airport are located 40 minutes´drive away, while the capital of Andalusia, Sevilla, can be reached in two hours and a half. The white-washed pearl of the area, Ronda, can be reached by a winding road in one hour, as well as Gibraltar. Several excellent golf clubs can be reached in less than half an hour by car, including Sotogrande, Real Valderrama, Finca Cortesin and Aloha.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property in low season (Mid September - end of May) you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance.
In order to reserve the property in high season (End of May - mid September) you must pay the total rent upon reservation. The Security Deposit shall be guaranteed by a credit card at arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date in low season: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date in low season: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
Cancellation more than 2 (two) months before the arrival date in high season: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation 2 months or less than 2 (two) months before the arrival date in high season: 100% of the total rent is non-refundable.
