This new-built modern villa rental sits next to Marbella in Los Monteros and enjoys a private swimming pool. Marbella town is only about 12 minutes´ drive away, while Puerto Banus can be reached in 15 minutes. These two areas offer everything your might need for a great vacation. The vila benefits from stunning sea and mountain views and boast the Moroccan mountain views on clear days. The first beach is about 10 minutes´ drive away. The house has 4 levels and 450 m2. It enjoys a lift. The main entrance is on the middle floor, The stairs up lead to the seeping area and the gym, while the stairs down go to the living area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa enjoys 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 people. The master bedroom boasts stunning sea views and a private open-plan bathroom. It features a walk-in shower. The room has a dressing area. Further on, the following 2 bedrooms come with double beds, while the last one enjoys 2 single beds. They share 2 bathrooms with showers. 

Living areas

The living areas sits on the lower floor. It is a living-dining room featuring a totally-equipped kitchen. It comes with a sitting area with several sofas and a TV with satellite channels (English, Spanish, German, Russian channels). The open-plan kitchen has a fridge freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a citrus juicer, a toaster, an oven, kitchenware and tableware. Also, it has a washing machine and a dryer. At the other end of the room, there si a dining table for 6-8 people. The room opens on the pool terrace. 
The upper floor is home to a home gym with a treadmill, an elliptical trainer, a static bicycle and some eights. 

Outdoors

The house benefits from a fenced garden. It enjoys a 225 m2 terrace with a heated swimming pool and a sunbathing area. There is a BBQ and an al-fresco area. The house features a garage.

This modern villa rental Marbella sits on top of a hill in the area of Los Monteros. The residential area is very close to Marbella, thus it enjoys easy access to all the facilities one might need during his vacation. 
Marbella Old town s about 12 minutes´ drive away. It offers many restaurants, cafes, shops and other services. Further on, Puerto Banus is about 15 minutes´ drive away. It is known as jet-set reunion spot and features high-end shops including Valentino, Gucci, Max Mara and others.
The first beach is about 9 minutes away, it s Del Cable beach. The renowned Opium Marbella Beach club is right by. Further on, many other beaches of the area can be reached in less than 20 minutes including Pinillo beach and Los Monteros beach.
Costa del Sol airport sitting by Malaga is about 38 minutes away.

Payment Policy

In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%. The balance shall be paid no later than 1 month before arrival together with the Security deposit. The security deposit will be wired back to your account shall no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than 1 month before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable.
In case of cancellation 1 month before arrival or less, the total rental amount will be retained.
