Situated on Costa del Sol known for having more than 70 golf courses and wonderful sandy beaches, this luxury villa Marbella is a part of a luxury resort boasting a spa, a gym, several upscale restaurants and a kids´ club. Despite all that, the Marbella vacation villa enjoys total privacy and security. The property sleeps six adults plus two children. Ideal for families, the property enjoys direct access to the kids´ club. There are three bedrooms, to are fitted with king-size beds, the third one comes with twins. Two beds for children or a cot can be added upon request in a playroom benefiting from a private bathroom. Two bedrooms and the playroom are located on the ground floor, while the third bedroom is situated in the upper-floor loft and benefits from a private living area. Three bathrooms are fitted with showers and bathtubs while the fourth one comes with a shower. Cozy living-dining area enjoys a sitting and a dining table by a fireplace and opens on the garden. There is a totally equipped kitchen with a hob, a microwave, a coffee machine, an oven, a fridge freezer, a toaster, kitchenware and tableware. The kitchen opens onto a patio. Outside, there is a private heated swimming pool and several chill-out areas.

Marbella Old Town can be reached in 15 minutes by foot, Puerto Banus can be arrived t in 2 minutes by car. The resort the villa belongs to is beachfront and enjoys a restaurant on the beach and a sunbathing area with umbrellas and loungers. Malaga and its airport are located 40 minutes´drive away, while the capital of Andalusia, Sevilla, can be reached in two hours and a half. The white-washed pearl of the area, Ronda, can be reached by a winding road in one hour, as well as Gibraltar. Several excellent golf clubs can be reached in less than half an hour by car, including Sotogrande, Real Valderrama, Finca Cortesin and Aloha.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property in low season (Mid September - end of May) you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance.
In order to reserve the property in high season (End of May - mid September) you must pay the total rent upon reservation. The Security Deposit shall be guaranteed by a credit card at arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date in low season: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date in low season: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
Cancellation more than 2 (two) months before the arrival date in high season: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation 2 months or less than 2 (two) months before the arrival date in high season: 100% of the total rent is non-refundable.
