Boasting stunning sea views and views of Gibraltar and the African mountains on a clear day, the beachfront house enjoys 700 m2 of floors and 5000 m2 of the plot. Outside, there is a heated swimming pool of 28 m with a jet stream and an electric cover, a 18 hole putting green, a cill-out area with a bar, a BBQ and a complete summer Bulthaup kitchen with Gaggenau equipment. This Marbella vacation villa rental has two floors. The ground floor enjoys an entrance hall, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen, a laundry, three bedrooms and a guest WC. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, the other two share one. The upper floor features a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a seating area, a dressing room, a private terrace and an independent bathroom with a jetted tub and two separate showers. Further on, there are three other bedrooms, all come with en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms in the house has twin beds, all the other ones are fitted with queen-size beds. For grocery, there are several supermarkets within 10 minutes´ drive with the nearest one being in 1,4 km form the villa. Marbella town with its vast offer of eating out facilities, shops and services can be reached in about 10 minutes by car and a trip to the posh Puerto Banus featuring plenty of luxury shops will take you no more than 16 minutes by car. Limpieza diaria: General daily cleaning is included (Mon-Fri).

Otros: Due to the position and beach wall particularities, the beach cannot be accessed from the front door but has to be accessed by the back door.

Changeover day is Saturday.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 35% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 25%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 (one) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
