This fantastic villa rental sits within an easy drive from Marbella, Estepona and Benahavis as well as the beach. Benefiting from a big terrain of 20000 m2, a gym a free-shaped big swimming pool, impeccable interior design and decoration and a spacious parking, the house is ideal for a big family or group of friends. The house enjoys around 600 m2 and house sleeps 12 people including children.

The house is distributed over 2 floors plus a top floor terrace. There is a spacious living room with an ample sitting area, a dining area and a totally equipped kitchen with a central island. The house benefits from a landing area with a piano and art pieces.
The top terrace enjoys a gym area.
There 6 bedrooms. Three of them sit on the first floor, 2 of them are en-suite, the third one is a kids´ room connected to the master bedroom. The remaining 3 bedrooms sit on the lower floor. Two of them share a bathroom, the third one is en-suite.
