Living areas
The Marbella rental enjoys a living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen, a fireplace and a piano. It has a TV and an office area. The room opens on the terrace with the pool. Further on, there is another living room with sofas and armchairs and a fireplace. This room also has a TV. In addition, the villa enjoys a meeting room with a big table and a TV. The lower floor houses the garage and a boardroom with a sitting area and a bar.

In case of cancellation more than 1 month before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable. In case of cancellation one month before arrival or less, the total rent will be retained as a penalty.
