Part of a gated community near Puerto Banus marina and within a short distance from the beach, this luxury villa rental Marbella is ideal for those looking for privacy and access to the city amenities. The house has six bedrooms and six bathrooms and sleeps up to 12 people. The bathrooms have showers or bathtubs. One of the bathrooms enjoys a jetted tub. The living spaces include a small entrance hall, a living-dining room with a sitting area with a TV opening onto the garden and a kitchen. The latter one is perfectly equipped for a smooth vacation with your family or friends in Marbella. it has a blender, a microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a hob, an oven, a washer, a dryer, pots and pans, kitchen utensils and tableware. There is a small breakfast table. Outside, the Puerto Banus luxury villa rental enjoys a chill-out area, a BBQ, an al-fresco dining area, a sunbathing area, a swimming pool for adults and another one for the children. The pool can be heated upon request. Parking is avaialble on the street in front of the house. The community is private.

Set in a small urbanisation of private villas by Puerto Banus marina, this property enjoys many shops, cafes, restaurants and golf clubs around. World-known clothes, jewellery and shoes boutiques can be found along the marina home to many luxury yachts and cars especially in summer. Further shops including home decoration and essentials are located above the marina in the direction of El Corte Ingles of Puerto Banus and in tis shopping mall itself. Puerto Banus is located between two international airports - the airport of Gibraltar and the Airport of Costa del Sol in Malaga. The former one takes primarily the flights from UK and Morocco while the later one is connected to all Europe and some overseas destinations.

Additional Information

Tasas: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist Tax.

Gastos de alquiler: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included. Pool heating is NOT included and shall be pre-booked at least 72 hours before arrival. The price is 50 EUR per night. In winter, an uncovered pool won’t reach a temperature higher than 20C. Pool heating can be booked only for the whole stay.

Servicio de consierge

Limpieza final: Final cleaning is included when the villa is left in acceptable conditions. If the villa is not treated respectfully, left very dirty and the trash is not taken out, additional cleaning of 100 EUR will be retained from the security deposit.

Otros: Extra bed is available upon request (50 EUR per night per person (pre booking is required, subject to availability)).

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 12:00.
Early check in (upon availability 150 EUR, payment on spot, confirmed latest 72 hrs before arrival). Late check-out (upon availability 250 EUR, payment on spot, confirmed latest 72 hrs before arrival).

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together. The Security Deposit will be block on a Credit Card at arrival.

Cancellation Policy

All the cancellations must be made in written. Failure to pay the amounts on time, send a written cancellation or present a valid ID upon arrival shall be considered a cancellation made by the guests. The refundable amounts will be given back to the guests within 10 days from the cancellation. For normal rates: In case of cancellation three (3) or more months before arrival, 35% of the rent is non refundable. In case of cancellation less than two (2) months before arrival but more than one (1) month before arrival, 65% of the rent is non refundable. In case of cancellation one (1) month before arrival or less, or in case of no-show, 100% of the renta is non-refundable. For special rates: 100% of the rent is non refundable. Changes of reservations are not accepted.
