This vacation villa rental is situated in Puerto Banus, one of the most desired areas of Costa del Sol coastline. Within a very short walk to the beach and just 10 minutes´ walk away from Puerto Banus marina boasting luxury boutiques, cafes and restaurants, the house is perfect for those looking for being close to all the modern facilities essential for a carefree holiday. The luxury villa rental Marbella is laid on two floors and sleeps eight people. There are four guest bedrooms and a staff room. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, the other two have twin beds. The property has are four bathrooms and a guest WC. The staff quarters have a private bathroom and enjoy independent entrance. Common areas include a living-dining room with a fireplace, and a totally equipped kitchen. The latter one enjoys a breakfast bar, a fridge freezer, a blender, a kettle, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, kitchenware and tableware. The vacation villa rental benefits from satellite TV, built-in climate control, safe box,DVD player and Internet access. Both floors features terraces; there is an al-fresco dining area for eight. Outside, there are two swimming pools, an adult one and one for the children. Parking is available on the street. The community is gated.

The nearest beach is about 5 minutes walk away. A trip to Marbella old town will take you about 11 minutes by car while a big supermarket and mall with lots of brands, El Corte Ingles at Puerto Banus, can be arrived at in 3 minutes by car. There are several five-star-rated golf courses around the villa. The nearest ones are Aloha Golf Club and Real Club de Golf Guadalmina that are within 10 and 8 minutes´ drive. Costa del Sol Airport are about 40 comfortable minutes away and the bigger town of Malaga can be arrived at in less than one hour.

Tasas: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist Tax.

Limpieza final: Final cleaning is included when the villa is left in acceptable conditions. If the villa is not treated respectfully, left very dirty and the trash is not taken out, additional cleaning of 100 EUR will be retained from the security deposit.
Otros: Extra bed is available upon request (50 EUR per night per person (pre booking is required, subject to availability)).

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 12:00.
Early check in (upon availability 150 EUR, payment on spot, confirmed latest 72 hrs before arrival).
Late check-out (upon availability 250 EUR, payment on spot, confirmed latest 72 hrs before arrival).
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together. The Security Deposit will be block on a Credit Card at arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All the cancellations must be made in written. Failure to pay the amounts on time, send a written cancellation or present a valid ID upon arrival shall be considered a cancellation made by the guests. The refundable amounts will be given back to the guests within 10 days from the cancellation.
For normal rates:
In case of cancellation three (3) or more months before arrival, 35% of the rent is non refundable. In case of cancellation less than two (2) months before arrival but more than one (1) month before arrival, 65% of the rent is non refundable. In case of cancellation one (1) month before arrival or less, or in case of no-show, 100% of the renta is non-refundable.
For special rates: 100% of the rent is non refundable.
Changes of reservations are not accepted.
